Location was simply perfect! The lady who welcomed us was very nice and polite! The studio was cosy!
Less light in the studio in the morning ( could have better blinds!)

The location was excellent, just down the road and through a walk way and the road that leads you to the main shopping area.
Walk further to the river front to soak in the history of the area. I was amazed to find out how old Maidstone is.
The host went out of their way to help. I had Wi-Fi issues and they got someone around to sort out and had my brother unexpectant turn up, and to help with that, they supplied us with a mattress and linen. Thanks so much for doing that
Wonderful to have a complete kitchen
The common areas weren't as clean as they could be. They also smelt strongly of cigarettes' smoke
Giving parking advise in advance would be an excellent idea (they might have but I did not see it)
Couldn't find a can opener, some larger spoons would be good too
