Obiekt godny polecenia. Basen dostępny bez ograniczeń. Bardzo blisko morza. Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Pen leilighet. Hyggelig med terrasse. Nydelig basseng. Stille og rolig. Kort vei til strand og lidoer med enkel matservering. To gode restauranter ved strandpromenaden. Husverten Umberto er veldig hyggelig og gir super service. 10 min med tog til Cefalu. Ca 7 min å gå til togstasjonen.
Leiligheten kunne hatt litt mer benkeplass. Gjerne noen kroker på badet for å henge opp håndduker og tøy. Små bord ved bassenget til solstolene.

Gute Lage Umberto hat uns super Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Sehr nett. Immer erreichbar Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Objekt und Außerhalb Sehr gut erreichbar. Bahnstation ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt
Fußböden waren nicht sauber Wasserhähne und Dusche komplett verkalkt. Bei der Dusche läuft und spritzt das Wasser in alle Richtungen Details fehlen. Keine Duschablage für Shampoo etc., keine Seife, keine Müllsäcke, wenig Toilettenpapier Küche sehr spärlich eingerichtet (wenig Besteck/Gläser) Sitzbereich Außen nicht ansprechend (Man schaut auf einen Metallzaun) Keine Ruhe oder Erholung möglich, da die Wände und Decken nicht schallgedämmt sind und über uns gerade 4 Personen und ein Kleinkind wohnten. Mit Fliesenboden geht das gar nicht. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht
