Ruime tuin en ruim huis.
Locatie achter drukke weg (hebben we weinig last van gehad)
Zwembad leek in de omschrijving vrij toegankelijk, echter een dag inbegrepen en op 5 minuten lopen over het terrein. We hebben er uiteidelijk daarom geen gebruik van gemaakt.
Vuilnis wegbrengen naar centrale verwerker.

La villa è bellissima, pulita , con tutti i confort ,barbecue ,doccia esterna , un giardino fantastico, prato curato , 3 camere da letto ,aria condizionata in tutte le camere .Siamo stati molto bene ,la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere sia Cefalù che Palermo.Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, grazie ancora per gli ottimi suggerimenti, consiglio.

Very relax place with small garden and 3 bedrooms. In the garden there is bbq. The owner is very sweet and helpful. Kids love the place. It is quite close to cefalu. Even though it is 200 meters away from the beach, but you can’t walk there, as there is training lane blocked the way from the property to beach. Driving there 5 mjns
Everything is fine, only a bit traffic noise because it is close to the main road. And swimming pool is a bit far away. Walking distance 6-8 mins.

Posizione eccellente vicino alle spiagge e cefalu'.La villa si trova all'interno di un villaggio che offre tanti servizi.Proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale,ci ha prenotato il campo da beach volley e un tavolo per la cena .
