Nagyon jól átgondolt és kialakított a telek felépítése, minden a megfelelő helyen van (parkoló, medence, pezsgőfürdő, grill, ház), néhány lépés távolságra, mégis egymástól jól elszeparáltan. Az egész ingatlan minősége kifogástalan. A nap bármelyik szakában lehet árnéykot találni a legmelegebb időben is. Szuper a medence és a jacuzzi. Szép a kilátás a hegyekre és a tengerre is. Csendes környék, pihenésre ajánlott, emiatt viszont az eléréséhez mindenképpen autó szükséges.
Törölközőből és ruhaszárítő csipeszből nem kaptunk megfelelő mennyiséget.
