Apartamento Malvasia Lanzarote

The apartment is clean and bright. The location is fantastic; a good size Spar and bars are two minutes walk away. The complex has a great pool, it's not heated but the sun does a decent job. There is sun on the pool deck all day. Inside the apartment there is a good size balcony with a table and chairs. Great for the late afternoon/evening sun. Inside the living area has a large flat screen TV, a table and chairs and a kitchen with fridge freezer, domino hob and washing machine. High quality shower room. Double bed is comfortable, fitted wardrobes and a electric fan. The electric hot water boiler is in one side of the wardrobe with an electric iron and mini ironing board. There is a safe located in the apartment too. Communication with the owner is fantastic too

Su buena ubicación, tenía un supermercado justo enfrente y estaba a pocos minutos de la playa. Además, en la zona del apartamento se podía aparcar sin problemas.

Al llegar, vimos una garrapata en el techo, cierto es que no volvió a aparecer más. Cuando el apartamento lo dejabas cerrado, tal y como te indica el dueño cuando no estás en el mismo, huele a humedad y a tuberías una barbaridad. Además, hay pocos utensilios de cocina, solo una cacerola y una sartén funcionan perfectamente. En cuanto a la cama, las almohadas eran extremadamente blandas. Si subsanan estos aspectos, el apartamento está genial.

El alojamiento nos ha gustado bastante. Es cómodo y cuenta con una terraza muy agradable. La ducha era amplia y la piscina comunitaria es un gran punto a favor. Además, la zona es tranquila y se descansa muy bien.

Por otro lado, se indicaba que habría gel de ducha en el baño y finalmente no dejaron nada, lo cual es un detalle a tener en cuenta. Además, el calentador es algo pequeño y el agua caliente dura poco; para dos personas puede ser suficiente, pero si sois más y os ducháis seguidos, se puede quedar corto.
