La zona es muy tranquila y la urbanización también. El apartamento y la comunicación con Batirtze es muy buena,hemos tenido un pequeño incidente apenas llegamos y ella enseguida nos lo solucionó.

El calentador de agua es muy pequeño,se consume muy rápido el agua caliente;dos personas no se pueden duchar enseguida;hay que esperar bastante a que el agua se caliente. Hubiera sido importante dejar aunque sea una botella de agua de cortesía. A pesar de que la urbanización es muy tranquila,está un poco abandonada y al llegar da un aspecto un poco “raro”. También podría haber dejado aunque sea una cápsula para la lavadora. Tampoco estaría mal que haya algunos táper para llevar comida a la playa. Hay gatos que entran al apartamento porque se ve que hay gente que les da de comer y está prohibido hacerlo,de hecho hay carteles que piden por favor no darles de comer,así que al salir siempre cerrar puertas y ventanas,porque entran y se acuestan en la cama. Más allá de esos detalles,el departamento está muy bien y volvería a repetir.

What really made the experience positive was the host. Incredibly friendly and attentive - Batir communicated proactively via WhatsApp throughout our stay, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, so there was no confusion getting to the apartment. We also really appreciated the little surprise prepared for our child - a thoughtful touch that didn't go unnoticed!

The apartment itself is pleasant and comfortable, but both the building complex and the unit show their age and would genuinely benefit from some renovation. The one bright spot on that front is the bathroom, which appears to have been recently updated and felt fresh and clean.

Spacious, sunny, bright and comfortable apartment in costa Teguise. The cosy living room and the sunny terrace are the highlights. There are also 2 swimming pools in the complex. Parking can be done inside the complex or out on the street. Both are pretty safe. We also received a lot of tips on how to safely check-in and check-out of the apartment.

A beautiful complex with many plants. Quiet, except in the evenings when there were games in the stadium in front of the windows. The owner provided very detailed information about access to the apartment.

The apartments would not benefit from repairs. The sofa cover on the terrace is faded, the refrigerator is rusty. In addition, the view from the terrace did not correspond to what was presented in the offer
