Very hot, noisy, put in different apartment to the one we booked.

Th property was in the location they said it was in. It’s near a Lidl and a bakery.

- the property didn’t look like the photos - we were put in a different apartment on the first floor, but we booked the 5th floor - we booked the 5th floor as it was bigger, more seating space and there wouldn’t be as much street noise. - there was a lot of noise from the street and the apartment was boiling hot, we couldn’t open the windows as the noise was there and people could easily break in and steal our stuff if we left it open when out. - we confronted the owners and they said they had to put us in a different apartment as ours was out of action, we spoke to a different couple in the building and they had been put in the apartment we booked. 1/10 because it was a disaster.

Room to improve

The property seems to be renovated recently (2024). Everything looked clean or was in in a near to new condition. Stylish interior, nice wooden floor and a very good bathroom.

Contact with the host. Host did not respond to my message. We could not open the door to the balcony. No a good space for guest traveling with bikes. The area is not that nice.

Modern nicely furnished & appointed apartment close to train.

Spacious & clean. Excellent cooking facilities & nice chairs to relax in. great location, 10 mins walk to train station. Good bakery across road. Supermarket close by, larger supermarket in old town. (20 min walk) Even though on a busy street, it was quiet.

The feather pillows. A good option would be to have a 2nd choice of pillows in wardrobe available. Please indicate the floor level & apartment No near the door handle. The key to the foyer on the 2nd floor was ‘sticky’ frustrating.

very clean and comfortable chairs and beds. easy to find and key code instructions very clear. although close to the railway station this is still a nice area convenient to the supermarket.

only a few items of cutlery and noisy plumbing in bathroom when upstairs appartment are showering. otherwise everything was fine.

Beautiful apartment in a good location

The property was well located and we found it easy to walk and find places to eat etc. The apartment itself was lovely and very well decorated and designed.

The downside to the location was that due to it being on a main road and it being hot we had the windows open and the noise from outside was horrendous. Sadly this kept us awake all night and spoilt the stay. But this is NOT the fault of the property and I feel bad that it hampered our enjoyment of what was a lovely apartment with very helpful staff.

Perfect experience. We arrived when the room was getting cleaned and the cleaning lady did really a great and professional job. Suite design simply looks, both bed and chairs were super comfortable and cozy. Location is great, just few minutes far away from the train station

No breakfast, but the location next to the train station was a good bonus. It was great to sleep well and then to visit the city. There was a lot of space and everything was very comfortable. I would recommand.

Für mich war die Wohnung perfekt, kurze Wege, beste Verkehrsanbindung, zentrale Lage, modern eingerichtet alles sehr gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll.

Sehr Liedern und schön ausgestattet. Abwicklung, Schlüssel etc. alles gut organisiert. Parkplatz in der Nähe ab Samstag Mittag kostenlos 👍

Starker Kanalgeruch im Bad, Lüftung bringt nichts. Staub auf Fußleisten und Bilder, Flecken an Badzimmerwänden und leider die Matratze sehr hart

Wohnung gut , kalte Wohnung machte alles zunichte.

Ausstattung fast komplett und wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Küchenausstattung ist wertig und vollständig. Verarbeitete Materialien und Stoffe qualitativ.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft kalt und blieb dieses auch binnen der 2 Nächte. Die zweimalige Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter blieb beim zweiten Mal unbeantwortet!!! Bei einer Außentemperatur von 10 Grad und Regen und einem Preis über 100 € die Nacht ist das weit weg vom zu erwartenden Standard. Der einzige Heizungsregler für die Wohnung war hinter dem TV Gerät kaum zu finden und ein Verstellen blieb ergebnislos.

Makkelijk te vinden, keurig netjes en schoon, te wandelen naar parkeergarage en centrum. Heerlijke plek.

Liever een stevig dan een te zacht matras, maar deze bedden zijn inderdaad erg stevig.

Tolles Apartment, jederzeit wieder.

Da wir mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren, dies vorher angekündigt hatten, wurde uns ohne weitere Anfrage der Code zur sicheren und trocknen Unterstellmöglichkeit, mit Lade Möglichkeit für unsere eBikes, in der Fahrrad Garage telefonisch mitgeteilt. Da das Apartment früher beziehbar war, konnten wir auch problemlos früher einchecken. Aufgrund der Superbus Anbindung in die Stadt auch klasse Lage. Unser Apartment war in der zweiten Etage, kein Aufzug, dies war bekannt, so dass dies nicht negativ gewertet werden kann. Bäckerei mit super Croissant gegenüber. Tolle Location.

Unterhalt empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und es ist auch sehr sauber abends schön ruhig, so dass man ungestört schlafen kann. Wenn man in Koblenz ist für ein paar Tage und Unterhalt sucht, macht ihr hier nichts falsch. Zudem ist Aldi + Bahnhof direkt nebenan. ☺️

an den Check in und Check out Zeiten kann man aber noch arbeiten ein Check in um 15:00 ist relativ spät.

Einen Abzug gibt es für einen kaputten Fön. Man wollte sich kümmern und meldete sich dann nicht… finde man hätte schreiben können…

Das Bett war viel zu hart als würde man auf einem Brett und die Dusche der brause war sehr stark

Hat alles super geklappt. Schlüsselübergabe und Absprache. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Für Gehbehinderungen ist es vielleicht schwierig, da man Treppen laufen muss. Uns hat es nicht gestört

Das es keinen Sofa gab und das der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war Es gab leider kein Dusch und Shampoo Und in der Küche war die Ausstattung etwas mager kein Pfeffer kein Zucker nur ein Müll Beutel Kaffe war auch nur drei Stück Und das es auf dem Balkon keine Möbel gab
