Vieta labai tinkama jei nori keliauti ir pamatyti daugiau , nes visai šalia yra autobusų, traukinių stotis ir uostas. Jūra už 900 metrų ir lengvai pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Transportas išvystytas plačiai ir nebrangus. Nuomojamos patalpos suremontuotos ir tvarkingos. Bute yra viskas ko reikia, gyveni kaip namuose.
Pats pastatas labai senas ir neprižiūrėtas. Atėjus iki durų vaizdas ne koks.
