Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej kamienicy, która została częściowo wyremontowana. Sam lokal jest przyzwoicie wyposażony i zapewnia podstawowy komfort pobytu. Na plus należy zaliczyć bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy oraz lokalizację stosunkowo blisko centrum. Niestety, czystość pozostawia pewien niedosyt, szczególnie w łazience, która wymagałaby dokładniejszego sprzątania. Łóżko okazało się mało wygodne, co nie sprzyjało wypoczynkowi. Dużym minusem jest również otoczenie budynku – zaniedbane, mocno zarośnięte i po opadach deszczu bardzo błotniste. Dodatkowo na terenie znajduje się nieosłonięta studzienka kanalizacyjna, która może stanowić realne zagrożenie dla gości. Okolica sprawia wrażenie brudnej i zaniedbanej, choć trudno ocenić, na ile jest to cecha samej dzielnicy. Obiekt może być dobrym wyborem na krótki pobyt, jednak wymaga kilku usprawnień, aby standard odpowiadał oczekiwaniom większości gości.
