Clear communication with the owner, apartment was as advertised, plenty of space for two people, the bed was comfy, the washing machine and bathroom were clean, the kitchen is well-equipped. It's a 10 min walk to the city centre, the nearby Borissova gardens are nice to walk through. To get to the beach is about a 20-25 min walk.
Dog owners and/or smokers must have been in the apartment before we did: the living room smelled musty. Even after staying there for a few days, every evening when we returned the apartment would still smell.
Once while we were using the washing machine, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.
Take care when going up or down the stairs! Every step is a different height for some reason.
