Extraordinary place with a super friendly landlord. When I come back to Burgas, I will for sure again for this place.

The apartment was centrally Located, minutes from the main pedestrian zone, with an abundance of choice for food drink and shops. It was also a easy walk to the beach and seapark. On arrival we were greeted by the host, who couldn't do enough and was very helpful throughout our stay, telling us he was only ever a phone call away. He happily booked us a taxi on our departure as we struggled with the language., and his English was excellent. The apartment was scrupulous clean, very comfortable, with a balcony which had a view down towards the centre of town. A TV in each bedroom and the sitting room with numerous channels in a variety of languages. The elegant spiral staircase was best taken with slight caution. There were air-conditioning units in all the main rooms, and 2 bathrooms with plenty of hot water. If we were to return to Burgas, we would have no hesitation rebooking again.

The shared communal entrance had an slightly uneven surface, which at the end of the evening could be a problem.
