Fantastická lokalita, skvělý přístup majitele. Majitel nad rámec nabídl a zrealizoval odvoz na letiště zdarma. Komunikoval vždy rychle a ochotně před pobytem, během něj, ale i po jeho ukončení.
Dům má "papírové stěny". Naštěstí jsou sousedé opravdu tiší a ohleduplní. S tím majitel nic nenadělá, je s tím ale potřeba počítat. S čím ale dělat něco může je koupelna. Je řešena "bulharským, resp. balkánským stylem" - tzn. bez sprchového koutu, odtok ze sprchy je v podlaze celé místnosti. Bohužel během pobytu se ukázalo, že je už dost zanesen a při běžném mytí voda stoupala rychle. Dodatečně se omlouvám za malou "povodeň", která vznikla v ložnici, po přelití vody z koupelny.
