Apartment Sredna Gora

Апартаментът е разположен на 5-10 мин. от плажа през Моркста градина, което е перфектната локация за плаж, в същото време е и близо до центъра на града, магазини, ресторанти, кафенета и нощния живот на Бургас. Имаше паркомясто в двора на срадата, което е голямо предимство. Апартамента е в нова сграда и е перфектен за 4-6 човека, с две спални и доста голяма кухня-дневна-трапезария. Имаше всичко необходимо като обзавеждане и посуда, с изключение на съдомиялна.

Spacious apartment in a superb location with everything you could need (so well equipped).

Nothing, aside from the very minor inconvenience of a couple of broken lightbulbs, fan not working (air-con excellent though) and you had to hold down the toaster button.

Very good and modern apartment, high standard, clean, lots of space, three balconies, close to the beach - around 8 minutes walk. Good wifi. Private parking space.

We were charged 10 Euro for being an hour late. I do understand that those people have private life, but the delay was not our fault - it was due to an engine failure in our car. I let the owner know via message. When arrived, instead of asking "is the car ok?" or showing any empathy, she just said (or actually wrote, as she doesn't speak English at all) "10 EUR for delay" and that's all she care about. I don't care about 10 EUR, but being treated this way just sucks. Also, don't think you'll get a receipt for this 10 EUR - it's just "unofficial" additional payment. Also, they do have a private parking slot, but the entrance is very very narrow. We had a bit longer car (station wagon) and accessing the slot was difficult. Also, the tiles leading to it from the street level are broken and there are some rocks lying there, too - this can be dangerous for the tires and for the underbody of your car - we actually hit the ground once or twice and there was no way around it. To sum it up, I'm not picky and 99% of time are happy with the hotels, giving them top grades and not complaining at all. Here, despite the very high standard of the hotel, I'm not sure if I would stay there again.
