Location is close to well-equipped shops, restaurants, and also to the beautiful park and beach. There is a small lift and the room has everything you need for a few days stay - kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and even an iron with ironing board. There is a laundry dryer on the large terrace.
Contacts with the owner and the maids was excellent. Everything was really clean and we we'd love to come back here someday.
The only tiny disadvantage was the neighbours from the next room, who was smoking on their part of terrace. Smoke was coming into our room through the window and I felt like someone was smoking in my room.

Clean rooms great location for a great price.
Stairs are a bit wonky if you are bringing luggage to your room, but they do have a small elevator
