Casa Del M Patong Phuket

The staff were mostly pretty friendly or made an effort to engage with guests. The pool and floating boat were fun. My kids got sick and they helped with the clean up (we tipped well!) The view was amazing. I watched the fireworks from the balcony Impressed with the size of the room Staff were tipped well and responded accordingly They tried to engage guests with Christmas and New Years get togethers

The location- it’s a very narrow lane uphill to get the resort. There is significant maintenance needed- the elevators didn’t work regularly (but they were fixed relatively quickly!) the wooden slats around the pool were loose so watch your step. The mattresses were hard- really hard. We asked for extra blankets to pad it- didn’t help. The restaurant was not set out with a functional flow. You had to cross backwards and across multiple times just to get the things needed for breakfast. Swim up pool bar is non existent - BYO Tuk tuks can get costly to get there and back to Patong Usually 350THB one way. You can get them down to 250-300THB earlier in the day. Ice is not free 40THB Our door slammed and it wasn’t fix d over the 2 weeks we were there. Laundry is expensive. You only get 1 room key so you don’t leave air ons on during the day

Staff lovely and hotel clean , rooms got cleaned every day , fresh towels and water

Beds very uncomfortable and location was a little far out for us

Love my stay, I like the location which is not at the patong center but still a short distance from it. Easy accessible by transfer app like Grab or Bolt. View from the 5th floor rooftop restaurant is magnificent. Pool at the 2nd floor for adult and kids. AC is working well. Breakfast need some improvement though

Nice spacious room

Far from main commercial area and on an isolated uphill area. Hotel had very low occupancy. Air con and hotel shower were working properly. Breakfast was very basic
