Bed is very comfy, internet is fast, room is clean, location is quiet. Easy to check in, fast response from the employee.

The shared kitchen is not convenient, some stuffs from dirty laundry are there.

Great experience, hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. Rooms will be cleaned when you ask them for it, nice beds with new mattress. Will come back!

The rooms were nicely furnished, the check-in was easy, it had a good vibe.

The common-space kitchen wasn't working. The location was not great at all. It was by a very busy road. It wasn't too noisy in the rooms but when I walked to the beach or center it was 15-20 mins along this 4-lane busy road which was scorching hot with no sidewalks. I got the wrong room, in which the window was stuck in a slightly open position and couldn't be moved. So there was noise and heat coming from outside and at the same time I couldn't air the room. The AC couldn't be increased or decreased so I didn't turn it on for nights and the whole stay in this room was just very uncomfortable. We were communicating about these issues but I have to push the staff and they ended up giving me the right room for the last 2 nights of my 9 night stay, Later the window from my old room fell down to the street from the 4th floor. I don't know if some other guest was in the room or they were fixing it. The other room had a balcony as I booked, everything worked and it was much nicer experience. They gave me 2 hours later checkout as compensation. Overall it could be a nice place to stay if they put a bit more work into it.
