Views to die for. Hostess from Heaven. Cat lover's Heaven.

The view was awesome! Super busy Elena was outstanding. Elena is a highly educated English speaker who will go way above the call of duty to make you feel super welcome despite her having to face many challenges. The cats are a true delight for any visiting cat lovers especially from Japan. I can't recommend enough. Not a hotel but Elena's home which she has put her heart and soul into. Please be kind and respectful of this delightful haven/retreat.

Occasional omni-present mosquitoes entered the room when I left the door slightly open to welcome 3 out of the 10 cats. My fault, silly me.

We really loved our stay. The studio is spacious and very comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beddings, it had everything we needed. Helena was very warm and helpful. The views are something else - Absolutely scenic! I totally recommend Segunda Casa.

Beautiful, spectacular view of the bay, mountains and sea. You do need a car if you plan on visiting nearby towns or beaches. The facility is well designed with quality furnishings.

To witness this spectacular view you have to drive or walk up a steep slope.

Gorgeous location, welcoming staff, best bed!

We were blown away by the views from every corner of the room and by all the amenities! The room was huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable and Helena went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. As an LGBTQA+ couple, this is often a concern of ours when we travel and we could not have been more pleased with how welcomed we felt.

Maravilhosa

Helena é uma pessoa incrível, sempre disponível e atenciosa. Fui com meu pet ,e apesar da propriedade ter gatos, isso não fez a menor diferença. Quartos espaçosos com uma vista linda. Localização para quem quer paz, rua tranquila e apesar de não ter estacionamento dentro da propriedade, podemos encontrar muitas vagas na frente da propriedade . Sem a menor dúvida voltarei e espero q seja breve

Buenas vistas, pero no cumplió mis expectativas

Las vistas desde la habitación eran buenas

El sitio en general esta descuidado. Esta alejado del centro histórico de Parati, ya contábamos con ello cuando reservamos pero si ahora tuviera que reservar de nuevo me alejaría en el centro, no a 10 minutos en coche o taxi con el coste adicional por trayecto de 70 reales. Tiene muchos gatos y hay una zona atrás que se ve sucio, la verdad que un poco desagradable. No volvería a repetir.

Aconchegante e com uma vista sensacional

Lugar lindo, aconchegante, com vista espetacular. Fiquei com vontade de passar mais tempo. Helena, a anfitriã, é um amor de pessoa. E os gatinhos são um toque extra de fofura na acomodação.

Da próxima vez quero voltar de carro para poder ficar mais independente para locomoção (mas isso não desabona em nada o local, o isolamento é o preço que se paga para ter aquela vista e aquele sossego).

Le studio était très chouette La literie était au top L’endroit était très calme Helena et son fils nous ont très bien accueilli. La piscine a un point de vue exceptionnel. Je regrette de n’avoir pu rester plusieurs nuits.

A recepção da Helena é extraordinária, nos deixa totalmente à vontade, e nos auxilia com o que precisar. A jacuzzi está em local diferente da foto, numa varanda totalmente privativa na frente do chalé, o que ficou ainda melhor. O espaço é idêntico aos da foto, com todos utensílios na cozinha para o preparo de refeições rápidas.

Nada que nos incomodasse, mas para quem não curte gatinhos, o espaço tem alguns. Considerando que o ambiente dá para mata, os gatinhos são ótimos aliados como predadores para bichinhos e insetos.

A vista é incrível, a instalação é ótima e em 15 minutos de carro já está no centrinho histórico, ou seja, dá pra ficar tranquilo e perto da natureza mas se precisar de algo mais urgente é um pulo até o comércio local. Quem é gateiro vai AMAR, a casa é cheia de gatinhos, um mais lindo que o outro ❤️. A anfitriã é maravilhosa, foi super educada, solicita e atendeu todos os nossos pedidos. Cozinha bem equipada e móveis novos. Com certeza iremos voltar!!

Único ponto a melhorar foi a questão do Wi-Fi, caiu 2x vezes a energia por conta do mau tempo, tirando isso tudo foi ótimo!

Incroyable

Nous avons passé 2 jours hors du temps. La propriétaire est vraiment très gentille, elle nous a même proposé des gâteaux fait maison pour notre petit déjeuner un matin. La chambre est très confortable. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Le bain sur la terrasse est top. Nous sommes venus en Uber depuis Paraty et sommes repartis avec un taxi commandé via la propriétaire.
