Whole apartment, washing machine (although nowhere to dry clothes) good utilities and facilities. Awesome location right next to the Main Street

NOTHING to like here and we fell like we been roob. We had to leave after one houer because our son become sick of the house was full of mold!!!! The place was so dirty, and disgusting that it was not a place to sleep in. We are so so disappointed that Booking.com we love to trust and use to our hollydays planer……use this shithole!!!! 100% shithole, that makes your guest sick!! We book because of the pitures and you write is was hypoallergenic cleen and the HOLE HOUSE IS FULL OF MOLD!!! Shame on you to have this in Booking.com

Great location, in the city centre Apartment had pretty much everything you'd need for a short stay Value for money The place was clean despite the couch situation

We had to make our own beds There was dirt behind the bed couch and had to vacuum Not suitable for people who need blackout rooms to sleep Super noisy at night: yelling neighbours, noisy cars leaving the car park The backyard looks a bit dodgy but seemed safe? Address could be quite difficult to find, the apartment wasn't very easy to identify. A neighbour helped us identify in which of the 30 buildings the apartment was.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. Direkt im Zentrum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst

Rigtig OK lejlighed for tre overnatninger! Bestemt ikke luksus, men vi havde et hyggeligt ophold i det gamle byhus. Selve lejligheden er fin, og med super central beliggenhed! Det var let at komme i kontakt med værten, som sendte en morgenfrisk håndværker til udluftning af radiator som ikke virkede. Den første nat var ret kold i det uopvarmede soveværelse!!!

Vi skulle lede efter både opgang og nøgleboks (og det øsregnede...) En god service vil være et tilsendt grundkort over baggården der viser nøgleboksens placering samt opgange til de forskellige lejligheder. Ankomst i mørke kan IKKE anbefales! Indgangen fra Große Straße er uden belysning. Her skal lommelygte medbringes! Mangler: Brødkniv/ skarpe knive + et ekstra viskestykke. En 'velkomstmappe' med manual til TV, WIFI-kode, telefonnumre til værter/ viceværter og hvor man kan købe ind (REWA fx) er et ønske:-) Og så vil det være en god service at tænde for varmen inden os gæster ankommer. Brrrrr – der var iskoldt ved ankomst. Men når dette er sagt: Fin og dejlig lejlighed for os der ikke rejser efter luksus-hotel med stjerner. Vi kommer gerne igen:-)

Nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Förde und mitten im Stadzentrum Nord.

Das Treppenhaus hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Das Schlafzimmer war von Schimmel befallen und hat unangenehm gerochen. Das Bett war eine Zumutung, beim bloßen anfassen hat man die Sprungfedern deutlich gemerkt. Bettdecke und Kissen haben unangenehm gerochen die "frischen" Bettbezüge und Handtücher hatten zudem einen unangenehmen muffigen Geruch. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Die Küche hat keine Vorhänge. Aufgrund des gemeldeten gesundheitlichen Risikos wegen des Schimmels gab es einen Zimmerwechsel. Hier hatten Bettdecke und Kissen ebenfalls unangenehm gerochen die "frischen" Bettbezüge und Handtücher hatten auch einen unangenehmen muffigen Geruch. Es liegt keine Allergie vor, allerdings gab es Hautausschlag durch die billige Qualität des Bettsbezugs und Bett/-decken Beschaffenheit.

Die Lage, mehr aber auch nicht.

Alleine die Beschreibung des Schlüsselkastens und dann die Suche nach der Wohnung waren nicht gut beschrieben. Wenn man über die Fußgängerzone kommt, passt die Beschreibung gar nicht. Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus, hellhörig, Gerüst vorm Fenster, nicht einmal Gläser für 3 Personen, dreckiges Kochfeld, billige Möbel, durchgelegene Matratze. Einmal und nie wieder!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Jederzeit zu empfehlen 👍😍

Sehr komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung. Für die Fahrräder war im Hinterhof genügend Platz zum sicheren Abstellen vorhanden.

Ein wenig Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche wären gut. Und wenn schon eine Waschmaschine, dann könnte auch etwas Waschmittel dabei sein.

Pozitionarea locatiei si amabilitatea gazdei, cu un grad foarte mare de apreciere pentru cinstea si corectitudinea tuturor celor implicati in asigurarea unui mediu sigur si placut. A fost uitat un inel de aur care a fost gasit si predat de firma de curatenie gazdei care ni l a predat la intoarcere...multumim!

Cladirea este in renovare si calea de acces nu este inca amenajata corespunzator...

Läget precis intill gågatan med en massa restauranger och affärer. Och stora fräscha rum. Köket bra utrustat. I vardagsrummet fanns det även en pärm med information om viktiga telefonnummer samt tips på saker att se och göra i närområdet

Das erste Problem trat schon auf, als es darum ging die Unterkunft zu finden. Schlechte Beschreibung und Beschilderung. Hinterhof"idylle", Baugerüst direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Beschreibung wie der Fernseher funktioniert etc. Das Bett (Matratze) war sehr weich. Gut war die gesamte Größe der Unterkunft und die Lage mitten in der City Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen

det var en særdeles god beliggenhed. God kommunikation med værterne, søde og hjælpsomme. Der lå information om gode spisesteder

Øv at man ikke kunne parkere i parkeringshuset fordi vi havde tagboks på. Vi fik udenproblemer vores parkeringsafgift tilbag. Kunne godt have ønsket at der var en fryseboks til mine isterninger

Unzumutbarer Aufenthalt durch Schimmelflecken im Schlafzimmer

Die Schlüsselübergabe

Riesige Schimmelflecken in 2 Ecken des Schlafzimmers (etwa 30 X 30 cm groß, direkt neben dem Bett und hinter der TV Kommode) sind unzumutbar. Für eine Übernachtung müsste dieses Zimmer gesperrt werden. Überall in der Wohnung Schimmelgeruch. Wir mussten die Unterkunft wechseln, da eine Übernachtung in dem Schlafzimmer nicht möglich war. Alles sehr abgewohnt (kaputte Türen, sehr alte Fenster, alte durchhängende Matratzen) und extrem laut/hellhörig im Haus.

Nach der Buchung und einer sehr kurzen Zeit war eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, obwohl noch ein halbes Jahr Zeit für eine neue Vermietung sicherlich möglich gewesen wäre. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe leider keine Einigung möglich. 50% Rückerstattung meinerseits wurde auch nicht Anerkannt. Schade, Vermieter ist nicht zu empfehlen

Die Park Situation ist nicht optimal. Man könnte direkt einen Parkplatz mit der Wohnung gemeinsam anbieten, würde es, finde ich, lukrativer machen.
