There was a renovation going on in house next to. But because of not working days there was no one working. But if it had been a normal day there would have been a lot of noise as we heard the day we left. Would have been nice to know if you are renting on normal work days.

Die Lage ist wirklich prima!
Ein einziger kleiner Heizkörper konnte bei Temperaturen um 0 Grad das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer nicht annähernd wärmen!
Der angebliche Parkplatz ist nur nutzbar, wenn kein weiteres Auto daneben parkt und das Gerüst des angrenzenden Hauses den Raum zusätzlich verkleinert. Hat man ein größeres Auto als einen Polo, muss man, so wie ich, minutenlang rangieren. Es ist natürlich meine Schuld, dass ich die dabei die hintere Tür richtig verbeult habe. Dafür auch noch extra Parkplatz-Miete zu berechnen ist unangemessen. Man hätte im Vorfeld klarstellen müssen, dass der Parkplatz nur beengt nutzbar ist und ein Gerüst das parken zusätzlich einschränkt.
