The room design is beautiful yet functional. I like having a washing machine makes it so convenient and having a fan also helps with air circulation.
The WiFi advertised. I came to know in the unit itself it was a 4G LTE router and the speed is worse than my mobile data. The iron given is all sorts of nasty most probably due to previous renters, I had to use alcohol to clean it nicely before using.

Location is good and check in is standard like most property agent managed apartments. The thing to note is the RM200 deposit but that is listed on the app. A little troublesome as you need to online transfer and as a Singaporean, it's a little tough. Other than that, the apartment looks clean and we'll maintain. Deco looks good too.

Location and the space
room fees excluded cleaning fees 85 & electricity fees 35 that was I'm not satisfy... the room is 117 so total is RM237 + RM200 for deposit... drink package RM5, insincerely treat... if you want to stay here please prepare RM437, too much for me...
