Clean place to stay with a caring family.

Fantastic staff, walk, welcoming and helpful. Very clean room and wishing I could have stayed longer. Really felt like home and had no issues.

Amazing value for an affordable price.

The accommodation is pristine clean, honestly you won't believe how clean it was. The owner is a super friendly man who hand over the keys and explains everything about the room and the property. The wifi was super fast. The room where I stayed (budget double room) was super comfortable, with a big warm blanket, a kettle and tea/coffee, etc. The bathroom was extremely clean (I know I am repeating myself but is not usual to find such a clean place in North India) and, despite the geyser was not enough to shower with running water, I did it Indian style (with bucket and mug) and it was totally amazing and refreshing. The location is not bad, you can walk from the train station or get a tuk tuk for 80/100 rupees. Then, you have the Civil Lines metro station close enough to visit the Pink city very comfortably for just 15 rupees each way. I pay the equivalent of 10 US dollars a night, which is amazing value for what I got in return.

I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. The location is excellent and central, the room was very clean, well equipped, and very private. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, and shared great local tips. I would happily stay here again.

Description on site is little misleading (entire property is yours). Duplex villa showed is actually tent house room with bathroom on terrace. There are three part of property ( two on 1st floor and one tent house on terrace which can be book separately. Parking space is roadside.

Great family homestay experience at Jaipur

This is our first time homestay experience with family and it was really great. Very well maintained property with spacious rooms. Whole family can hangout in living area having chitchat over tea while kids playing around or watching TV. Kitchen is there with all the essential amenities provided, we were able to cook food for the little ones whenever needed. Overall a very good homestay in Jaipur at budget price.

I liked this place. It’s not super centrally located but in a nice and safe neighborhood. The owners of the guest house did everything to make my stay nice and comfortable.

The wifi was not working during the time I stayed there but I’m confident that they will fix this in the future.

A PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN JAIPUR

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! It never felt like we were staying outside our home — the property truly gives you a warm, homely feeling. Everything was exceptionally neat, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, making it an ideal place for both families and groups visiting Jaipur. Uncle, our host, was incredibly humble, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference and added a personal touch that made us feel truly cared for. The delicious poha and curd he served were a delightful surprise — simple yet flavorful, and made us feel like we were enjoying a homemade breakfast. What impressed us most was that the actual property looked even better than the photos — something you don’t often experience! Ok this one surprised me in many ways... place is amazing and beautiful, well situated in a nice neighberhood Breakfast is one of a kind, and other facilities are excellent, like wifi, bed, balcony, view, etc But beyond all of that... the family who owns the house are the significant experience adding to your stay, ive had an amazing eye opening talk with mr bhagwan (the owner) about indian culture and religion, he knew a lot about my country and our joyful conversation showed me why am i in love with this country from the first place So i suggest get here and dont forget to make mr bhagwan tells u about his country

A home away from home for a staycation at Jaipur!

The property is easy to locate and is based in a very quite and classy area. The photos don’t tell the whole story, the villa is extremely luxurious and cozy. We booked the entire 1st floor of the villa and it is very well designed to accommodate a large family easily. The beat aspect of the stay are the hosts. Mr and Mrs. Sharma are very warm and hospitable, they make you feel as if you are a part of their family. We enjoyed our stay along with our 3 year old daughter as if we were staying with our family, a home away from home. Its a sure shot option for us to stay at Jaipur.

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment. Stationary filter. There is always clean drinking water. Cleaning every day. Wi-fi works fine. Quiet safe area. The metro is within walking distance. The hosts are very friendly people, excellent interlocutors, always ready to listen and give recommendations on any issue. I suggest staying in this homestay to those who want to get an aesthetic atmosphere in Jaipur.

The socket in one of the bedrooms did not work. The sockets are located in the switch box. Take 2 meter cables for charging electronics.

Between hustle and bustle of Jaipur, it's a beautiful flat with big balcony, a small garden just opposite to it, and serene locality of Civil Lines, lush green and peaceful. Minimalist decor yet catchy, homely and pretty. Hosts are superb and very cooperative. Explained everything, answered all the questions and communication was fast. Clean apartment and linen. Toiletries were available on demand. Kitchen is pretty big and fully equipped. Enjoyed cooking our own food. Several grocery shops available on walking distance. It's a value for money. We enjoyed our family time there thanks to our hosts.

The stay was excellent.

The breakfast was very good especially the gobi paratha and very timely served. The location is in purely residential area. All the rooms are very clean and comfortable and every basic needs of the kitchen and bathrooms were available. The linen quality was very good. The host and his family were very welcoming and kind and acted like a guardian. I am really grateful to have someone to guide me in such an unknown place where we came for the first time. It's really value for money.

I have 32 years of experience of India so this was a great place.

My family and I had an extremely comfortable stay at the happy homestay. Our host and his wife were ever so friendly and very helpful indeed I think they also went out of their way to help us. The Happy homestay was secure and extremely clean with very reasonable sized toilets. The floor of the house is very spacious with perfect sitting arrangements ( soffa , chairs, TV etc.) We also had use of the large dining table, great for families. The huge kitchen area with all the plates and utensils meant we could cook our own food very comfortably. Their is also a nice balcony for relaxation and we had also access to the roof if so wished. Last but not least I think the friendliness of Bhagwan was the most important and if I return to Jaipur I will certainly stay there again alone or with family.

The spacious and comfortable beds, the fresh and warm quilts, the lights around the house and bigger than expected kitchen and balcony are the best things about the house. You might get a bit irked by the unexpected arrival of the hosts at your place but they are super cool and experienced enough to help you settle in the city. It's a beautiful property in a peaceful society if you want to spend quality time with your family and friends.

Very good

Property was very neat & clean especially the toilets. This is always a big concern for us. Well decorated bed rooms & living room. Although we didn't really cook but most of things were in place. Nicely located property. Felt very secure area. Our host Mr Bhagwan Sharma were very welcoming & checked regularly to make sure our stay was smooth. Also suggested good nearby restaurant & shopping places.

Not a lot just some small things like ironing board, Hair dryer can be provided in rooms. Kitchen stove is a bit outdated & needs to be replaced. We left our car and took autos as traffic is a bit crazy inside Jaipur. As being located in secure area, the auto-rickshaws/electric rickshaws weren't permitted by policemen at certain entry points & had to take a big detour. Again nothing to do with hosts but something to keep in mind.
