Really lovely room and so quiet! Comfortable bed and clean facilities. Family were so nice and really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Experienced a bit of harassment on the street as a female solo traveller - but not the properties fault. They were very supportive and did what they could to help.

Pretty calm location, spacious room, simple but ok paid breakfast, fresh towels, lovely looking small house with greenery
No bottled water. No toiletries (just one micropack of shampoo).
It's really overpriced. I booked "Double room with terrace" - keep in mind there's no private terrace or balcony as it stands in the description, despite they have different room types here "Double room" and "Double room with terrace". And they did nothing with it, saying they meant common rooftop and it's Booking issues.
Hot water runs out very fast so you have to take a shower getting cold and playing with switcher every time. On the rooftop there's no tables to just sit and eat something and no light (only near the entrance).
Host is very welcoming but he also convince you to take his taxis, tuktuks and charge a commission in the price - so take an Uber, street tuktuks and taxi intercity services for yourself, it's very simple in Jaipur.
Loud dogs at night - if you have a fragile sleep, it could be a problem
