Dera Jaipur - Luxury Heritage Stays in Bani Park, Jaipur

“Home away from home” is exactly how I would describe this property—and a luxurious one at that. The location is about a 30-minute drive from the airport on a normal day and is very well connected. The property is close to most of the city’s major attractions while still offering a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In the evenings, you can even hear the peacocks in the background, which adds to the charm of the place. It is a private residence, with the owners living on the ground floor. They are easily among the nicest people I have ever met. They are attentive, know exactly what is happening around the property, and are extremely welcoming and friendly, while always respecting their guests’ privacy. The staff, especially Mr. Mayur, are exceptionally polite and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs. The dining menu is pleasant and homely, and the food can be prepared according to your preferences. The dining area is located on the first floor, alongside a lovely pool. It is a wonderful setting for meals, especially dinner, when the peacocks provide a rather unique soundtrack in the background. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for a suite, which offered plenty of space and was very comfortable. The TV provides access to Netflix, and the internet connection is fast enough to comfortably support HD streaming. There is also an elevator serving the guest floors, and it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Overall, this property offers a rare combination of luxury, comfort, warmth, and privacy. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I would be more than happy to return. My stay at Hotel Dera Homestay was a truly wonderful experience. A very clean "five-star" room, a beautiful, authentic and tastefully decorated house, "Cooper" the lovely dog and a true friend to everyone, the breakfast and dinner, but above all, the warm welcome from the lady of the house, her doughter, and Mayur, the gen. manager. I cannot thank the latter enough for his more-than-exceptional hospitality ans kindness. I would have gladly given this homestay an 11/10 😊 If I ever return to Jaipur, or if any of my friends do, I would absolutely recommend Dera Jaipur Homestay

You cannot see Jaipur in its beauty within two days. If I come back, I will stay in this hotel for a week.

Loved my stay here. It is a perfect home stay spot with a very supportive staff. Property is beautiful and totally covered with greenery . Would come again.
