Great stay. The facilities were good. Could not use swimming pool as it was not heated.

We stayed at Tranquil Villa It’s location. The maid Maya made all the difference as she is always smiling and never flustered
One of three rooms was very small There is no TV even in the common room There is no AC in the Dining Room There was no AC in the common Drawing Room but the Landlord got an AC installed after our protests

Pathetic service of the manager
The stuff inside the property is truly nice, very kind, professional and helpful. Only because of them I am writing a positive review. They assisted us when needed, they prepared wonderful breakfast, asking us a day before what we would like to eat and at what time. When one person of us got sick after terribly cold water in swimming pool, they also prepared a honey ginger lemon tea. Property is very clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Location is perfect, super close to bus station and train station and to the center of Pink City as well.
The pathetic service from Vista Rooms or a manager. From the beginning before booking till now I am facing problems. It is 4 days after I checked out and still didn't receive the deposit money back. The manager was providing wrong and misleading informations, there was lack of contact from his side and right now he is not replying at all. He said we will give back the deposit money right at the checkout - we didn't get it. Later he wrote next day after checkout - we have not received the money till now. So much time and energy wasted, very pathetic service and the person completely doesn't know how to treat the client. We were overcharged, moreover there are hidden charges for payment getaway link and he forces you to pay whole amount through that link before arrival, even on Booking it's written cash at the property. There are hidden charges for jaccuzi, sauna, even warm water in swimming pool is not provided. Additionally, on our first night the villa was not private but shared which was also wrong according to the booking. Few rooms are also not in a good standard, not value for such money. And today somebody canceled my booking lying that I haven't checked in or been there, I don't know what was the aim. Still wonder if I will get my deposit money back.
