It was a great property. The location was well cleaned and modernly designed.
Valet area is very small and stressful. The staff was great but the area was small and jammed packed.

Unhappy stay! Aug 7-8,2023/ asked for 3 keys, got 2, 1 didn't work.. reserved for 3 ppl- only 2 cup, 1 washcloth and shower gel in tub empty/ toilet seat and TP holder both loose/ bath door almost pinched fingers! / staff couldn't answer questions about lights in room/. AND WORST OF ALL THE AC NEVER COOLED ROOM BELOW 74! It was cooler in hallways!! And No One ever came to check or call us back when we complained! Very poor service for such an expensive upscale facility!
And sad that staff was overwhelmed, not enough help, for an expected busy night!!!
