The two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. There is a full-size air mattress in closet with bedding as well. The completely renovated kitchen features island seating, Wolf gas range and Subzero fridge. Kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom is tiled with an elegant white & black marble in a traditional Capitol Hill subway tile pattern shower and basketweave floor.
Upstairs 3-lvl unit is also a vacation rental and, if available, can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 16 guests.

No access to upstairs units as there is separate entrance. No access to backyard, back door is for emergency exit only.
We like to give our guests privacy, but if you are in need of anything, we encourage you to let us know. We do not live in the unit above as it is also a vacation rental. The basement unit is a legal separate unit which means that it is fireproofed and soundproofed from the unit above for safety and comfort. There`s no connecting stairs and it is completely self-sufficient. This area is very safe and patrolled by the Capitol Police. The entire unit is brand new as of Spring 2018.
No pets allowed nor smoking of any kind in or around the property.
