Beautiful rooms and excellent location. Super helpful hosts who were really kind.
The only slightly negative thing about the rooms was the limited wardrobe space, which was a bit of an issue as we were there for a costumed event. But there was plenty of space in the rest of the rooms for us to spread out into.

Excellent location, walkable to all major attractions in Lincoln.
Extremely clean and well appointed.
Lovely touches with the Prosecco, milk and cupcakes.
The only small issue was the reduced size of the outside space(although we had been advised of work being done beforehand).

Lovely little property in an ideal location.

The location was the best part, though the view was substantially spoilt by scaffolding (of which we were not informed)and trees which need trimming.
The precipitous stairs required for entry, exacerbated by absence of handrails or banisters for the first 4 steps. The absence of rails or rings for the towels and the lack of hanging space or coathooks.
