Location is great, property could be awesome with some personalisation and care. considering the cost with the right management could be a repeat location for people. A number of key items missing and cleanliness was subpar.

The only thing that I feel was missing is a covered area over the front door BBQ area where the tables and chairs are as it rained when we were there.
