Spectacular!

This beautiful apartment is located in one of the safest areas in all of Rio de Janeiro. The apartment itself is fabulous, with its fully equipped kitchen, large balcony and exquisite view. It has one bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a couch that can turn into another double bed if required. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The apartment itself was very well kept, clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The location is the biggest appeal as you are directly across the street from one of the nicest beaches in Rio (Barra Beach) and a stone’s throw away from the fanciest restaurants and clubs in Rio (Vitrinni). There are plenty of shops/stores and amenities close by. It is the place to be. Good Internet. Great amenities in the hotel itself including a swimming pool (very small), Sauna, Gym, Nail Bar, Shop and a laundromat where we did 2 loads of washing for about R$60.00 and dried the clothes in the apartment. (There was already laundry detergent in the apartment, but we bought our own). NOTE: There is a wash tank on the balcony where we washed our beach wear and didn’t get sand all over the place. It is owned by a private Landlord (Maria Fernanda) within a hotel (aparthotel) and she went above and beyond for us. She was the most perfect host. Not only did she come to the apartment to introduce herself to us, but she also provided us with incredible recommendations, lists of locations unique to Rio, price ranges, uber recommendations and much much more. She was so incredibly kind and patient and was always a text message away if we needed her. There was a blackout due to the stormy weather the week we spent in Rio and Maria made sure to come to the apartment and provide us with emergency lanterns, torches and other bits and pieces. Overall I was delighted with my stay and recommend this apartment as well as Maria Fernanda, to anyone who wishes to rent in Rio De Janeiro.

Nothing with the apartment itself, only with the hotel: - The hotel requires face recognition, and I was asked to redo my facial recognition 8 times throughout our 5 night stay. This was done every time we left and attempted to come back to the hotel because it would never work for any of our group. It was very frustrating, but security let me through even though the recognition continued to fail. There is only 1 key card available, so if you lose it or are in a group like we were, and wish to go about your separate directions, it is a little annoying. You must use the back door to go in and out of the beach. Not the biggest issue but we were not told and were given out to by security when using the front door. The hotel said they would provide sun umbrellas but there were never any available when we left to go to the beach. There is a very small and limited number of umbrellas so if you are not out by 8am you are not getting one. Also the amenities, pool, gym etc, are open very limited hours.

Excelente la anfitriona Maria Fernanda, ya antes de entrar nos dió toda la información y tips. Muy atenta en todo momento. La ubicación excelente, frente a la playa. El edificio te da sombrilla si quisieras. También tiene gym, sauna, pileta, bar. Muy buena seguridad. El departamento muy lindo, limpio, cómodo. Balcón con mesa para comer con gran vista al mar. Aire acondicionado en los 2 ambientes, importante para el calor de diciembre. Sin duda para volver y recomendar

DOS AMBIENTES FRENTE AL MAR CON SEGURIDAD Y COMODIDAD

El deparamento esta reciclado, ambientado con mucho cariño y dedicación por su dueña, tratando de cuidar todos los detalles. Todo funciona muy bien. El edificio tiene vigilancia y algunos servicio adicionales que suman a la estadía, como piscina, sombrillas, bar y restaurant. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene vista al mar. Posee buenos aires acondicionados, ropa de cama, toallas abundantes, elementos de cocina.

Me hubiera gustado un poco mas de oscuridad por las mañanas. Pero la anfitriona me comento que van a implementar mejoras. Sin embargo, es solo un detalle ya que todo estuvo bien.

Ter mais uma chave. A recepção só nos ofereceu uma. Precisávamos de mais uma por estarmos em 3 pessoas e nem sempre estávamos juntos nos mesmos momentos.

Departamento cómodo, moderno y limpio enfrente a la playa de Barra

El departamento es cómodo, muy limpio y en una excelente ubicación. El complejo tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, gimnasio, juegos para chicos, canchas e incluso un restaurante. La anfitriona Fernanda es super atenta y está en todos los detalles, siempre disponible a nuestras consultas. Muy recomendable!

PERFEITA!

Hospedagem excelente, recomendo de olhos fechados, a localização é privilegiada, super tranquila, com acesso direto a praia, a vista do mar e montanhas é de tirar o fôlego. As acomodações atendem todas as necessidades de uma família, tudo muito confortável e pensando com capricho no bem estar dos hóspedes. Ponto extra para ops funcionários do Hotel Residência sempre gentis e simpáticos, também me senti extremamente segura, tendo o cadastro de entrada com reconhecimento facial e a recepção com seguranças 24 horas por dia.

Excelente experiencia

El departamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a solo 50 metros de una playa tranquila, ideal para relajarse. Es precioso, muy luminoso y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. Está totalmente equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El balcón es un verdadero plus, ideal para disfrutar de desayunos o cenas al aire libre. Además, la comunicación con la dueña fue excelente: siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a responder nuestras consultas.
