Great location, spacious, immaculate and well appointed with towels, vanity items, bottled water, coffee, snacks. Easy to book and communicate with prior to stay. The hosts couldn’t be more gracious!

The location: 5-10 minutes walk to most of the landmarks. The staff: friendly, professional, always available and exceptional service. The room: updated, clean and larger than most rooms in Rome.

The staff were very kind, attentive and accommodating. The food was yummy and we loved the in room breakfast table service. Great location!
There was an obvious bad smell in the room-strong mold smell. The comforter bedding was ripped. The bathroom toilet half worked. Mold in bathroom. Cups for coffee/tea were dirty. It was just dated looking- needs an upgrade. We realized it was an old building but too many trinkets made it dirty feeling.
