    We arrived earlier than expected but Valerio was very kind to allow us early entry and even offered breakfast. This welcome set the tone for our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, location is perfect, and staff were friendly. We will definitely go back here if we are to visit Rome.

    Great Hotel! Quaint hotel with 3 rooms per floor. Room is decent given it is at the center of Rome. Few minutes away from Spanish Steps. Plenty of restaurants available around the area. I would recommend this hotel! Staffs are genuinely nice! Room is being tidied and cleaned up daily!

    Location: 200 meters from Piazza di Spagna. A well-stocked supermarket is right in front of the hotel. A 15-minute walk to Via del Corso and the Trevi Fountain. Lobby: The lobby is located one floor above ground level. Unfortunately, the service lift was out of order, so we had to carry our large luggage up to the lobby. From the lobby to the rooms, there is a small elevator that fits two people and luggage. Reception: The receptionist was very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, but check-in time was at 4:00 PM. We left our luggage at reception, and the receptionist kindly promised to place our two large suitcases in the room so they would be there when we checked in. The reception is staffed by one receptionist 24/7. Room: The room is not very large, typical of most hotels in Rome. The bed was comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine and a water boiler. Free fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a bathtub combined with a shower. However, the shower was not very powerful and slightly damaged, causing water to spray unevenly. A reasonably large smart TV was provided. Breakfast: Located on the 6th floor. Limited selection, but the breakfast area was small. The food quality was excellent—especially the cheese, bread, and scrambled eggs, which were outstanding. Check-out: I checked out at 3:00 AM. The receptionist was very helpful, assisted in finding a taxi, and even helped carry our luggage down the stairs from the lobby to the entrance. Conclusion: A nice small hotel in the Piazza di Spagna area, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
