Nice shallow area of the river great to bring a chair and sit in the water and watch the tubers go by! Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom is the bunk room. Spacious with 3 sets of full over full bunks. Big comfy sofa in bunk room as well as a large closet for your river gear. Smart TV also in bunkroom.
Gather around the shared fire pit and outdoor space shared with the neighboring house (Barn-dominium) which is also available to rent and sleeps an additional 14 guests. Neighboring house may be rented by a separate party during your stay.

There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 6 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.
