About this house rental

Enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer from this 2 bed/2bath home. All your favorite destinations are just a short drive away. Texas Wine Country, the world famous Schlitterbahn, fabulous restaurants, breweries, the Guadalupe River, Canyon Lake, Bourne, Gruene, Fredericksburg, Blanco, & Austin just to name a few!

This home boasts an open living area which is perfect for families or couples to enjoy. The back deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise over TX Hill Country & a cup of coffee. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & large, walk-in closet. If a rainy day keeps you home we have 2 new, ROKU TV's for you to watch.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create yummy meals & the expandable dining table has room for everyone. You will find basic spices, cooking oil, flour & sugar. We hope you will enjoy the complimentary coffee station as well. You will find Texas Hill Country Coffee, a variety of tea, hot chocolate, 2 K-cups, & some sweet treats.

We love kids & have provided kid-friendly amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. There are games, toys, puzzles & coloring supplies, kid dishes, a high chair & port-a-crib for you littles.

Very nice and clean home we really enjoyed our stay, it's a perfect place if you plan on visiting anywhere in the Hill Country area , house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We wlll return in the future.

The house was as described on website. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, open kitchen-living room. Only drawback to this home are the roads, lots of pot holes and no pavement on some of the roads in the development.

This is an extremely livable and well-appointed home nestled in the Hill Country just north of San Antonio. We were there for a few days conducting business and it was such a please to come back to this home at the end of the day and let the pressure just drift away. We are looking forward to coming back.

Very pleasant and quite place. Nice to get away from city living for a while. Enjoyed relaxing on the large back patio and grilling. We played some of the games that were at the house, like oversized Jenga. The host was easy to get ahold of, and very responsive.

Absolutely adorable! Carol thought of everything! kitchen equipment, towels,grilling tools, even games and movies! I was so impressed with the small details. She had seperate make-up towels, cute continers of Q-tips and band aids. We just bought our food and we were at home. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Communication was timley and clear. She answered me within 15 minutes when I had a question. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Very comfortable and decorated so cute. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Carol!!!!!

The home was lovely - well decorated, comfortable with all the amenities. The owner was very sweet and works to make sure her guests are comfortable. The view from the back deck was beautiful in the morning, especially if you can catch the sunrise. The downside - I was not prepared for the roads to access the property. Huge potholes and parts of the road are washed out. It’s not the owner’s fault, but come prepared, unless the county gets the roads repaired.

Spent 3 nights at this listing and everything was great. House is super neat and clean and extremely well stocked with anything you might need. Nice furniture and decor. Location is a little out of the way on a bumpy winding road, but a quiet neighborhood and nice view from the deck. Would stay here again if in the area.

This property was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week! We were within 20 minutes of our family and 40 minutes (a little long but great views) from Gruene where we attended a concert at Gruene hall. This property was very clean, well decorated, quite and cozy! It was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed to help out with Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
