Riverfront retreat for 14 in New Braunfels

3/2 home. Sleeps 14. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen and a Twin over Full bunk. 3rd bedroom: Full and a Twin over Full bunk. Living room: Futon. 2 Dogs Allowed under 40 pounds. $25 per night, per dog. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

The Wagon Wheel Cabin overlooks the Guadalupe River on approximately 2 acres, with many pecan trees that provide plenty of shade in the summertime. We have ample parking. There is 145 feet of riverfront, with a deck, and cement walkway for river access. Great fishing from the deck, launching your tubes for a great ride on the Guadalupe, or just relaxing as you watch the ducks and tubers go by. There are 3 houses on this property that share the river access. Right next door to the Wagon Wheel is the Texas Star a 3/2 that sleeps 14 and has river views. There is the Bluebonnet Cabin (does not have a river view) that sleeps 10. If you have a large party, please inquire about the other 2 houses.

This home has everything you will need to make it "your home away from home". Private covered patio with ample seating and an iron charcoal BBQ pit. Tubes and shuttle service 250 yds. up river. Firepit (bring your own wood) and corn hole onsite to use as well!

Home is fully furnished with a huge open kitchen/dining/living room which include many extra amenities A great place to gather and relax after a full day on the river!! The kitchen has everything! Fully equipped and then some including a Keurig 12 cup & K cup combo coffee maker. Owners have provided a child's highchair and Pac N Pay for convenience. Large dining room table seats 8 and there is a bench and 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a futon sleeps 2. This home has streaming TV and WiFi that was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now! Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.

The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, flat screen TV and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 5). The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 5). There is a guest bathroom centrally located to the kitchen as well as the guest bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property.

The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!
This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home may be monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
