Appartement plein centre village, vue montagnes, proximité immédiate lac

An excellent location in close proximity to amenities with outstanding communication from Frederique. We were grateful for the early check in as the apartment was ready earlier than planned. Beautifully furnished apartment. There are two boulangeries around the corner which open at 6.30-7 and a small supermarket with everything you need for your stay in the village. Cycle path is nearby with easy access to the lake. The property is very well equipped, clean and quiet with excellent WiFi access. Beautiful views from the balcony of the mountains and the electric bbq was a bonus! Good parking. We will definitely return!!!!

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only suggestion would be the inclusion of a fan. The apartment is in the roof space and the weather was exceptionally hot the first few days. Even with the shutters down in the day and windows open at night there was no circulation of air. This was not a problem the rest of the stay when the temperatures dropped to low 30s, just the initial few days. Also, like other reviews, a water filter would be useful as the water is very hard. These are minor observations, and definitely do not detract from what is otherwise an excellent apartment.

Appartement très joliment décoré, et très bien situé. Au calme. Avec tout ce qu'il faut. Propre, cosy, fonctionnel. Une terrasse aménagée avec vue sur les montagnes. Une supérette pas loin. Instructions limpides pour accéder au logement. Parking très facile. Beaucoup d'activités possible autour du lac et alentours. Muni de votre mobile et d'une connexion 4G/5G, vous pourrez facilement partager votre connexion Internet avec la TV pour accéder à vos contenus habituels. Merci pour les suggestions de restos et de ballades. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour autour du lac d'Annecy et nous avons grandement apprécier la localisation de Doussard par rapport à Annecy mais aussi Annecy Vieille-Ville, Talloires, Semnoz, etc. Expérience à renouveler. Very nice, spacious apartment - perfect for 2 people - well located for Annecy Lake and mountains. We have stayed here before and will come back again.

Everything is great, but one minor point: there is so much limescale (calcaire) that it needs a water filter jug, please.
