The property was clean fresh and felt new. It was only a 15min min walk through a nature reserve to the beach which had a cafe etc. There are walks from the house The host gave us some really good recommendations Bike hire a 5 min walk away Lake Annecy lake 15min walk bike path 5 min away
there were four of us and only a 3 seater sofa

Excellent location in a quiet area with easy access to the local area.
Extra indoor comfortable seating for 4 Adults needed and mirrors in the bedrooms would be good
