This chalet, located in Lathuile near Lake Annecy, offers a comfortable stay just 2 km from Doussard's beaches and 4 km from the village's shops.
The ground floor features a cosy living area with a fireplace, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Additionally, there's a bedroom with a private shower room. A recreational room with laundry facilities and a play area, including table football, provides entertainment. On the first floor, three bedrooms offer balcony access. A shared bathroom completes this level.

The chalet is located in the town of Lathuile, very close to Doussard, quiet setting without being isolated. There are neighbours. Lathuile enjoys a privileged location at the end of Lake Annecy. Cyclists will appreciate the proximity of the cycle path around Lake Annecy. Doussard beach and all water sports are less than 2 km away. All local shops in Doussard at about 4 km.
