Staff were very nice and polite
Though staff were nice they didn't actually help, had to wait for my check in till 5 PM till the room was made ready due to " air-conditioning issue " Had to beg for towel replacement and always got the message 'they are in laundry' Pool heat is not working Jacuzzi not working also Simple breakfast didn't have oat or pancake even. Room service didn't bother to refurbish the water, shampoo or even clean properly.
