Nice and clean

8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

The view is beautiful, Aqaba mountains with wide sea view , everything you need available at the room. Also the receptionists’ team attitude were great and so polite specially RO’YA she was wonderful

The bathroom is small It takes many ours for the room temperature to get cold, this may be the weather was too much hot nowadays

10 / 10Outstanding·May 2026

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, especially Ahmad! Highly recommended!!

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

The lady receptionist was very helpful with all our requests and also agreed to change our room without hesitation.

People smoke in the hotel hallways and in the elevator. The room floor is very dirty, probably never cleaned. Children's cod also very dirty. Also the they didnt answer my questions in private chat before arrival, saw them the next day...
