Room was excellent size. wardrobe space good. Comfy bed and good sized bathroom.
Breakfast was good but basic.
Reception guys were brilliant and really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could have had more options and some fresh fruit

The night staff member at the reception desk was especially helpful with his time and assistance in my getting around the city and help me book a Sunset Cruise when my own activity had been canceled and helped me get a ride and help me with anything I asked him and the day staff was also very generous with their time. Our accommodations for wonderful as as I was a grandmother with her grandson and his wife and they put us in a suite so that we could be together which was so wonderful

The location of hotel is amazing, just a few minutes from beach.
The room that we reserved wasn’t ready when we came and they gave us something totally different. We were looking for 2 bed room with the view. They gave us 4 bed room without the view. Even that room wasn’t that clean and it smelled badly. The water un the shower was too hot that we couldn’t get shower.
