A fost liniste si o locatie usor accesibila cu parcare.
A fost cam departe de magazine alimentare si supermarketuri, pentru noste oameni mai in varsta destul de complicat dar nu e vina proprietarului pentru amplasamentul apartamentului.

Am găsit la locație cosmetice de baie; la bucătărie: mirodenii, sare, ulei, făină, mălai. Apartamentul este într-un cartier, într-un bloc liniștit.
Scurgerea de la duș era înfundată, apa se scurgea foarte lent.
