Localizarea (aproape de centrul statiunii), liniste, apartament utilat cu tot ce trebuie, caldura, luminos, priveliste frumoasa spre statiune si spre partie, comunicare ok cu proprietarul (am primit in timp util toate detaliile), ne-a permis check-in mai devreme.
Nu este renovat complet (cu exceptia sufrageriei, in rest arata f invechit), bucataria e foarte ingusta, dormitorul are o podea jalnica (scartaie podeaua, are un fel de preșuri pe jos, pe alocuri murdare), debaraua nu are usa ci o perdea (si lucrurile depozitate acolo nu sunt ordonate), mai e de lucru si la curatenie (in sufragerie a stat copilul descult si avea talpile negre de pe parchet).

The apartment was spatious enough for our needs and well equiped. We really liked the balcony which had a great view for the morning coffee. We had plenty of amenities and toilet paper. The apartment was at a really good price.
Although it was clean overall, we noticed some spiderwebs in the bathroom and in the lobby. The windows do not have mosquito nets, so if you open the window in the evening, bugs/flies can enter the room.
