Amabilitatea gazdei, primirea, curatenia, facilitatile oferite, foisor spatios, linistea, in pofida amplasarii intre blocuri, accesul pentru carucior, acceptarea animalelor de companie, parcare in curtea casutei, magazine in proximitate.
Distanta fata de centru, accesul slab la internet, lipsa conexiunii la reteaua mobila in interiorul casei, spatiul verde redus

Foarte bine compartimentată, Căsuța bunicii ne-a oferit confort si nouă și cățelului nostru. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit în bucătărie și baie. O bună relaționare cu proprietara. Cu siguranță vom reveni.
