Confort apartament, liniste, utillat bine, situat la parter, vecini linistiti, Zona este aproape ultracentrala ceea ce face posibila plimbarea fara masina catre centru. Este foarte posibila revenirea in locatie. Gazda este amabila si doreste sa ajute sa ai o vaxanta agreabila.
Dispunerea parcarii fata de locatie. Daca ai o problema medicala este un pic dificil sa te deplasezi . Dar axeasta problema a fost rezolvata partial gasind loc de parcare langa locatie.
