The historic character of the manor was a major reason we chose it, and the home is expansive, peaceful, and generally very well kept. The staff welcomed us at the door and explained the property, our room worked well for our family, and despite being in the city the stay was remarkably quiet.
Parking was limited relative to the number of guests, and on our second evening I had to park several blocks away; while I had incorrectly assumed designated disabled parking would be available, an accessible parking option would have made a substantial difference. Moving the bed to find an outlet also revealed accumulated debris and a sock from a previous guest, suggesting that cleaning behind the furniture needs more attention. Breakfast was pleasant but quite light for what we expected from a bed-and-breakfast.

Location was nice, the employees were very helpful and let us drop our luggage off before check in time. So appreciate that.
The limited time that breakfast was served. We’ve stayed at several B&B’s and in our experience they typically serve breakfast for 2-3 hours, starting at 6-7 am. Due to tours booked & outgoing flights we were unable to experience it; they had a wonderful and beautiful dining room as well as 2 different sitting areas to just relax. Both were very appealing and sorry we didn’t get a chance to enjoy them.

Nice historic restored old home. A bit too nostalgic for our tastes but a great stay at a very good and accessible property -absolutely do not need a car for this property. Two minute walk to the bus and or 15 minutes to the train. Easy Peezy for getting around Seattle indeed.

No A/C. Window fans were in closet but not installed. It was quite warm.
