Belén, who helped us with the check-in was amazing. Our apartment had had A/C problems before our arrival and she made sure we were satisfied with a different option, taking special care of our two little girls. Great customer service!
The apartments are worn, but that was ok with us. We don't like perfect homes where we have to forbid our girls to even breath inside the house. We were able to enjoy the apartment as if it was ours and we found everything we needed.

It was easy to communicate the receptionist was speaking English and I could report everything to her
The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was faulty, the shower head was broken , the tap from the tub was dripping too and the drainage was blocked ( this has been fixed but not the shower head)

La ubicación es privilegiada. El trato de la chica de recepción super optimo y de muy buen humor. Vigilancia en el edificio 24 hrs. Super limpio el edificio en general. Hermosas vistas desde el departamento que me tocó, un lujo.
Tiene pocos locales de comida cerca, está retirado de un zona de fácil acceso desde trenes y buses, aunque si pasan 2 autobuses relativamente cerca.

Location was good for the beach.
The kitchen equipment was extremely poor. The rooms were very dated. No information given at all. Only 1 set of keys & 1 fob for a family of 4. Corridors very dark & dingy.
