ライブで連泊させていただきました。満室でお忙しかったと思いますがスタッフの方の対応がとても良く、混雑時のエレベーターや受付の先導もスムーズでした。とても気持ちの良い滞在でした。清掃してくださる方とエレベーターでお話ししましたが、とても気さくで良い方でした。ライブ楽しんでください！と笑顔でおっしゃってくださり嬉しかったです☺︎ また利用していただきたいです。

挨拶がよく出来ている最高なホテルでした。

朝食のスタッフの皆さんが気持ち良い挨拶を沢山されてて、素敵だなぁと嬉しかったです。下善しようとした時、すぐにスタッフの方が声かけて頂き、片付けもして頂きました。フロントの方も笑顔で挨拶してくれて、お出かけの時も気持ちよく出発出来ました。たまアリでのコンサートで連泊しましたが、また機会があったら泊まりたいです。 ATEEZの曲をフロントでかけて頂いてて、とても感激しました。ファンとしては嬉しくて、その気遣いに感謝いたします。ありがとうございました。

立地が良い。低層階で、線路が真前で電車が見えて子供は大喜び。でも窓を開けたままだと電車がうるさいかも。　朝ごはんは無料なので期待してなかったので、想像通りです。でも無料で味噌汁　ご飯ふりかけ　卵程度でも良い人なら十分でしょう。コクーンモールも目の前だし便利。また利用したいです

ベット横に窓があったためカーテンの開閉に苦労した。(シャワー浴びる前の服でベッド汚したくない派です。) またスリッパは使い捨て個袋にしてほしいです。チェックイン時にアプリ入会の勧誘があったのですが急いでる時だったので困りました。
