I stayed one day and I would say it was excellent. First the service, I would like to name Mr PAPU who was the taking care of the things was very good, he helped us in getting all things and was very attentive if any problems. The manager Mr ELAVARASAN was also very professional and helpful, he gave me a very good deal for the length of stay. Mr ELAVARASAN, who took care of maintenance was also hard working, he made sure all the equipments were safe and running. The location is excellent place there is a mall, hospital nearby and park to walk around. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying for longer or shorter periods both. So enjoy your stay here

There are some problems with the WiFi but they are solving it as quickly as they can. and sign board not available

Quiet, mosquito-free apartment room on a lane estate. Once you locate the place, everything is easy. Walking distance to restaurants.

There should be a fridge guests can use.

Honestly the rooms were good and clean

It is very near to the Sholinganallur IT companies area. Room and bathroom was clean.

AC didn't work. In a hot city like Chennai this is a big issue. When i called the staff about this they asked me to "figure it out" and there was no other room. Also in the beginning they said they collect parcels for you from the gate but when I needed them to, they said they are busy in something else.
