The location is accessible surrounded by a decent neighbourhood. 2 mins from main road with lot of amenities accessible via apps. The stay was very comfortable and neat. Did not try to breakfast, so not able to comment on it.
The water quality in the bathroom is poor. The water was yellowish.

Very clean and safe place. Good helpful and courteous staff. Good simple home cooked breakfast. Excellent value for money.
They should provide a facility to cook like induction or gas stove. Car parking should be arranged.

We had a pleasant stay in Q by kolam. The staff were always ready to help and we were well received. The food was scrumptious and we would love to stay here again on our next trip. Kudos to the team for the hospitality.
