    I am writing to express my strong concern regarding an inappropriate experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist requested IDs for both myself (female ) and my friend who is also a female. Since I did not have her ID on hand immediately, She was checking in later, so I called her to retrieve it as requested. However, once I provided her ID, the receptionist made a sarcastic comment about my guest also being a woman. Such comments regarding the gender of hotel guests are entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of who they choose to stay with. I request that you address this matter with your front desk staff to ensure better conduct and hospitality in the future.
